I know…you’re probably saying what the heck?! Skincare routine with celery juice may not be the average skincare routine, but, it’s a working one!
Skincare for me entails what I put in body as much as it entails what I put on my skin. I love all things natural. However, I’m yet to find all the natural skin care products that work for me. But in the mean time, I’ve found something else that works in my skincare routine and does wonders for me…celery juice.
“You are what you eat” has proven true to me time and time again.
Celery juice has so many benefits for your skin, body and overall health. Based on personal experience I can attest to these benefits such as improved digestion, reduced toxins, less inflammation, great for skin, and is highly nutritious.
Check out how I combine the below ingredients as part of my morning skincare routine with celery juice. P.S. it’s best to drink it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach for best results.

- Cucumber
- Green Apple
- Ginger
- Lemon
