“I Am” Affirmations To Start Your Day

In order to have a great day and an even better week, I thoroughly enjoy repeating good things to myself on a regular. Specifically, “I am” affirmations that consist of good words, good quotes and good sayings. Filling my mind up with empowering, positive words may sound simple, but it’s a simple tool that keeps me going. 

Here are a few “I AM” affirmations you can say out loud, repeat in your mind or journal every day to remind yourself who you are!!
