Navigating Transitions

Going through changes and navigating transitions can be hard. I believe what makes it a little more bearable is first, accepting that change is constant. It is going to happen. It has to happen.

Second, is reminding ourselves when going through changes or transitions that, you have been here before and conquered it, and will again.

Whether the change happens to teach a lesson, as a blessing, a rude awakening or to make us uncomfortable. Whatever it is, it is constant and is there for a reason, for growth.

I recently went through many different transitions all at once, that ended up being uncomfortable for me after a while. From moving to a new place, where my husband is from, which that environment didn’t end up working out for me, to feeling isolated and learning how to lean more into myself and my own company, to navigating transitions in my own life going from dating to married and learning about marriage. It was A LOT!

Check out the video below to get into a few lessons and realizations I took away from my own experience on how to navigate transitions, and the teachings that come from these transitions. We may not see them in the moment but afterwards, you sometimes realize why it was necessary.

I’d love to know what resonates in this video! Let me know your thoughts and please share any other tips on navigating transitions.
